Thank you for your support! Philbrook Festival returns in November 2024.

Festival FAQs

Q:

How do I purchase Festival Night tickets? Can I buy tickets at the door?

A:

Each Festival Night has a limited capacity. Advance, timed entry tickets are required. Please pre-purchase tickets for all guests in your party, including children, and arrive on time to ensure your spot. If you do not pre-purchase tickets and arrive at the time noted on your ticket, your party may not be admitted if maximum capacity is reached.

Tickets are available for all Festival Nights at philbrook.org/calendar or by calling Philbrook’s Guest Experience Team at 918-748-5300 during regular business hours. All sales are final.

Q:

How do I purchase Make & Take Activity tickets?

A:

Make & Take Activity Tickets can be pre-purchased online for $5* at the same time you purchase admission tickets.

Redeem your pre-purchased activity tickets at the printmaking studio in Mabee Lobby to print your own unique holiday greeting card designed by Oklahoma artists. Pick your favorite design, or collect the whole set!

*Buy five (5) Make & Take Activity tickets and get one of them free! Discount will be applied when 5 tickets are added to your cart and is only available for advance purchases (prior to 5pm on each Festival Night).

Q:

What activities will be available for children?

A:

Each Festival Night features holiday lights and music in the gardens, a make-and-take art activity for children and families (additional ticket(s) required per participant), visits from Santa (through Dec 23), s’mores and hot cocoa, Lego Villa and more!

Philbrook Festival Nights include a moving light show in the gardens in addition to other outdoor elements. In case of inclement weather, a portion of or all Festival Night activities may be cancelled. Please contact Philbrook’s Guest Experience Team at 918-748-5300 if you have questions relating to weather cancellations.

Q:

What food and drink options are available?

A:

Philbrook welcomes Justin Thompson Group as food and beverage partner for Festival 2023! Food and drink will be available for purchase in two locations. The North Pole Pub in the lower-level Guest Lounge will feature an assortment of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, including hot cocoa, as well as hot sandwiches, cookies, and many seasonal treats. Santa’s Snack Shack on the outdoor Film Lawn will feature this same food and beverage, as well as take-home treats for later. Nearby at the Polar Express Tent you can stop by for just cocoa and s’mores!

Q:

Where do I park and enter?

A:

Philbrook parking lots will be open during Festival Nights. If no parking spots are available, please park on the neighborhood streets. Please do not block driveways or park where signage is posted.

All accessible parking spaces are located in the upper-level lot. The lower-level parking lot connects to the museum entrance by stairs. For parking and direct access at the Garden-level, please visit the admissions desk when you arrive or call a member of our Guest Experience Team at 918-748-5300 to learn more about additional accessible parking options. For information on wheelchair access or other accessibility matters, please visit our Accessibility Page or contact us at 918-748-5300.

Entrance for Festival Nights will be through the main entrance of the Museum. Please arrive at the entry time indicated on your pre-purchased ticket and no more than 20 minutes after this entry time. Capacity is limited and ticketholders arriving early or late may not be admitted.

Q:

Is there an accessible entry and pathway throughout the Gardens?

A:

We are committed to creating accessible experiences for all visitors.

The Museum and much of the garden and grounds are accessible for those using a wheelchair or mobility device. Some paths are steep and may have uneven surfaces. Please feel free to ask any Philbrook staff or volunteer, throughout the evening, for assistance and or additional accommodation.

For more information and answers about accessibility, visit our Accessibility Page or call us at 918-748-5300.

Q:

Will the galleries and Shop be open on Festival Nights?

A:

The museum galleries will be open on Festival Nights. Be sure to check out Lego Villa!

The Shop at Philbrook is open during Festival Nights until 9pm.

Collectible Festival Pin

Philbrook's 34th annual Festival Pin was created by artist Amy Sanders de Melo and features 14K gold hand-textured “Philbrook” Braille on glazed porcelain.

Amy Sanders de Melo is a Colombian-American artist and educator living and working in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As an artist with vision and hearing loss, Amy strives to create work that speaks to the resiliency of the human spirit. Using Braille as a way of telling stories on her wheel-thrown porcelain pieces, these hand-textured Braille messages encourage reflection on one’s own humanity, and necessity of empathy and empowerment for individuals.Shop Now
